Pros

- beautiful setting - sometimes there are deer on campus - close to good skiing - did i mention the setting? - can't really think of much else.

Cons

- noncompetitive pay - a "centre for the arts" that does not support the artistic aspirations of its employees, only it's clients. - overworked employees. no overtime pay. snobby senior leadership.

Free salty food, Banff itself is pretty

Cons

All my coworkers have been laid off. The executive hasn’t done any work in nine months.

Pros

Autonomy, ability to work with renowned artists, great location, decent benefits

Cons

Top heavy in compensation, poor communication between senior leadership and management, no structure for managers - ie no performance reviews, lack of cohort, lack of information sharing and collaboration, little direction given, uninvolved senior leadership, lack of accountability
