The management / president screams, micromanages, insults, and undermines employees. Very hard place to work, recommend you stay away.

Great coworkers at the peer level, beautiful office, and it's a lot of fun to have the opportunity to go outside on a daily basis
Cons
Micro-management is a theme within this organization, as is favoritism. If they like you, you'll have all the support you could want, but if they don't good luck. President is prone to verbal abuse and childish behavior---a problem well-known among the board and staff but somehow nothing ever changes.
