      Pros

      The corporate staff in New York was very welcoming and polite. Training was thorough, they set you up for success.

      Cons

      I think I was let go because I was the only black manager. The reason I was let go, within 1 month, with no prior warning and no opportunity to grow was stupid and made up. The “salaried” managers still clock in.

      some of the colleagues are competitive, money driven. lack of proffessionalism in the terms of tea work and framework

      Amazing training classes Long term holders (don't flip properties to make a buck) Good PTO and Benefits packages

      Cons

      Small company means not a lot of growth opportunity unless you stay for a long time.
