Pros
I had come into bluefish as a guppy. I had never worked in the restaurant business, but I got excellent training from my boss as well as my fellow coworkers. The environment was friendly and the staff was more like a family than most jobs that I've worked at. This bluefish gets so busy that I've become a master at multitasking! I was also attending school at this time, and they worked around my schedule and everyone else's schedules so well! Overall, this was a great experience.
Cons
Working on the weekends was sometimes stressful because of the overload of customers. That's any good restaurant though.
