Pros

The team who actually run The Centre are competent and willing to work hard with little or no recognition.

Cons

Senior management are controlling, are known to micromanage, and moan constantly about little things rather than running The Centre with any visionary strategy. They have a high turnover and will replace staff who don't agree with them. Staff are talked at rather than talked to at team meetings.
