- when he would DM you can see there is no respect from him he feels weirdly entitled and creates this unfun, serious demeanor in the meetings where nobody laughs or knows how to start a simple conversation in the mornings
- It was frustrating to watch good people with great ideas get sidelined because he couldn't admit that someone else might be right
- pretty mundane meetings even though there are many and for no apparent reason, no prominence to any work or prevalence to some continuing spark of community, cannot really expect to get referrals or anything after either, but not to the fault of the other seniors on the team, the CEO already created that weird environment
- the CEO Freiwirth is the reason for the company's stagnation, not sure how you will lead a company garnered to working with students and children if you treat others with such a truncated amount of respect
