They have some individuals who are genuine and helpful no matter what they are doing.

A lot of favoritism and unfair advantages given. It seemed like several of upper managers had a hidden agenda. Not looking to help anyone improve. Nobody on the same page. They talk about culture and such but don’t enforce it or back it up..
