      • Fleet managers don’t understand trucking • Load planners are inept • Operations managers are flakey • Trailers all have super singles tires • Lot of deductions, they charge by the day • below average mileage pay for IC’s • They will keep your escrow • All east coast and Midwest, they won’t let you go west.
