Pros

- Get to work for recognisable brands and create campaigns that can be fun to work on.

Cons

- Absolutely no onboarding or training so it is very much a sink or swim environment - Barely any career progression with no annual salary reviews and bonuses - During peak times, the company barely offered support and ended when staff would go above and beyond - A lot of favouritism takes place where there is one rule for one and not for the other - There is actually no perks for working for the company
