complete lack of raises or acknowledgment of any kind, consent, or broken promises. poor communication expect to be informed of important schedule changes at the very last minute i.e. the day before the change.

4 days of work and decent pay checks if you walk and talk to every customer enters the store.

Cons

The sales floor is full of hatred and jealousy from other sales consultants. The managers are trash. They only care about themselves and who sales more furniture. A lot of lies and gossip.
