Pros

Nothing much that I can recall

Cons

I have worked with this company for less than a year, pathetic experience. There are only 3-4 employees including the CEO. No work culture, no professionally. The CEO is extremely harsh and keeps shouting. He has no respect for the ones who work for him. During recruitment, a very good image is brought about the company, but actual face is seen after 2 weeks of joining. The CEO stays at home, and never comes to office. The company is there since 2002 and there is no growth of the company, you can check on LinkedIn and see no employee stay in the company beyond 8-9 months. It is a shared office, with part time coaching classes, it's a struggle to find a seat, let alone working. There are no options for switching. The knowledge that you'll get in this company wont be required in any other company and it's tough to switch jobs. There is also a bond, which the company uses as a tool to scrutinize people in the company. The CEO threaten you with legal actions without even a proper bond signed on paper The overall culture is very poor. They will highly demotivate you and your skills and will make you convinced that there is no career opportunities for you. Please do a double check before you apply here. There is no worklife balance and it is not even a proper startup. Also gets at personalslevels and pass comments on religion . You won't be getting an offer letter, letter of intent or an internship certificate or even payslip. The positive reviews are written by the CEO himself. Always gossips of previous employees. When you leave the company, they refuse to give any paper/certificate which you can produce as your work experience for next job. Promises high salary to be a dream company in colleges, but ultimately pays nothing.

Pros

Nothing that I could think of.

Cons

If you are up for self destruction, this is the best place to be. After working there for a few months, you will end up hating yourself and your life. To start off, there is no proper office. The small room is used both as an office and as a centre for CAT coaching. On certain days, there is literally no place to even sit. You will end up feeling suffocated and pukish. Please do not fall for the words of the CEO and all those false promises. It is neither a start up nor does it have any proper work culture. You are made to slog for hours for literally nothing. Do not expect any sort of career growth.Working hours are harsh. CEO prefers to micromanage everybody. You are expected to complete unreasonable targets, exposed to judgemental views on religion, sports and what not. Promises of great career growth, knowledge and high pay but ultimately you are left with nothing but self loath and disappointment.

Pros

- Excellent Learning - Has top tier clients - Hence represents best in class candidates to clients - Interacting with them offer an amazing learning opportunity. -High Quality Colleagues - Most of them are of a very high calibre from some of the most reputed colleges. - Small Team - No Nonsense work culture. Highly Meritocratic & Performance Driven. - Highly entrepreneurial work culture - You define your success story/failure. -Solid Resume Value & exposure if you want to do an MBA from a Top School in India/Internationally. -Informal work culture with a lot of candid, straight talking work culture The CEO, an IIML Alumnus, is a seasoned executive recruiter & trusts the team a lot.In return, the team works really hard. There is no BS here.

Cons

- Average work hours between 10-12 hours a day & there is real work to be done - No wasting time in "Meetings". If you are not highly ambitious or are not willing to work really hard in exchange for a lot of learning, this is NOT the place. - Small team - About 10 people - Given the high end nature of work, there is no "Mass Hiring' If you are not someone comfortable working independently/ in a small tema, this is NOT a place for you. - Total Compensation can be excellent, but depends heavily on your ability to deliver results.(Good base salary + Uncapped Bonus). This place is ONLY if you can deliver results to clients.
