Pros

Very flexible, great culture, great people, lots of opportunities for growth, lots of company events, fun and rewarding experience would definitely recommend 10/10

Cons

Sometimes a bit too relaxed, lots of expansion but didn't necessarily mean more work for interns, could be due to the bar being set low

Pros

You get paid for 40hrs and get scheduled for 37.5

Cons

The topic written in pro is most likely to avoid paying you over time. You’ll come across some really nice people. Let me tell you about the AVP or VP that have been their for awhile. They can say and do whatever they want and you will be wrong every time. HR consist of one person that is basically good friends with those VP and AVP because they’ve known each other so long so don’t expect to get any type of support from them. It’s not a busy place so your days will feel VERY long. Also, if you plan to have kids while working here they will not follow any type of required laws to keep it short. I wouldn’t work here based of the simple fact that it’s a smaller bank and they have no established HR department. I would definitely stay away from the loan department and customer service.

Pros

An hour lunch is a plus.

Cons

The management only care about their job and isn’t interested in training. Their culture is toxic and most of the people who work there have been there for so long they are stuck in their ways and not interested in any positive change.
