      A company full of smart people, poorly managed

      Pros

      You will work with some of the smartest, most capable engineers and programmers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to manage/sell/support software. During my entire time at Equity I watched the revolving door of software heads as they fumbled the development and sale of their software products.
