Pros

I cannot think of anything

Cons

The organisation exhibits diversity mainly in frontline roles, where people of colour are represented. However, beyond these positions, their numbers drop significantly. Those in senior roles who are people of colour have generally been with the organisation for only a short period, often less than a couple of years. Overall, retention rates for people of colour are low, and there is little opportunity for progression. This is reflected in the organisation’s culture, which does not appear to support long-term inclusion or advancement for people of colour. The organisation is fully aware of this but chooses not to address it, demonstrating a lack of commitment to genuine diversity and inclusion.

Pros

Colleagues are lovely and do what they can in a terrible environment.

Cons

Upper management use bullying tactics and unfairly treat staff. Unrealistic targets and unmanageable caseloads sizes. Management are left unchecked. Local MP’s should be contacted about the unethical practice of this company.
