      Pros

      The Hoth is a fantastic company to work for. The editors are some of the best in the business, and you'll never feel cut off from your colleagues. Every effort is made to make sure that you're happy. Pay is good, and you're always paid on time. I've never once not been paid. A lot of room for progression, even for freelancers.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Editors can be slow to process your articles at times, but that's to be expected given the high workload they're under.
