After several years of working for this organization, I received a separation letter addressed to the wrong person. Out-of-touch management allows a few bullies at the top to punch down, cultivating a highly toxic work environment. High turnover in recent years due to burnout and good work being consistently undervalued. Chronically low pay. Hatcher's values and culture are largely performative.
