Pros

+ Met a C-list celebrity at the event + Decent food at the event + Interesting panels and speakers at the event + 7-11 nearby has decent coffee + Garage parking at building

Cons

- Worked like an animal for the months leading up to the event including weekends, unpaid overtime, even all nighters sometimes - Management is constantly changing their minds about how things should be done, after hours and hours of doing it the way they had previously asked you to do something - Management is emotionally unstable. Constantly yelling at employees and each other. - Always felt as though I had to walk on eggshells around management. - Pays below experience level. Promises raises and bonuses, but never delivers them. - Management has an old way of thinking. Doesn't want to change any of it.

Pros

Parking was the only thing I liked.

Cons

If you want to work here, be mentally prepared to pull of all-nighters. The company expects you to work a lot of extra hours, and in most cases, you will not be paid for the extra effort. Now tell me, do you want to join such a company?

A lot of discrimination

Pros

You'll meet a lot of people here from everywhere.

Cons

The people here are so stubborn and don't want to cooperate with anyone especially if you're someone new. There's a lot of discrimination going on here, and if they don't like you, they'll make sure to let you know.
