Pros

You get to talk to a variety of people. Working from home can be an option.

Cons

Low salary and the company takes advantage of the employees. Dirty and neglected offices. New employees have to stay for at least six months. If not, they have to pay a high fine. Part - time employees are obligated to work every second Friday.

Flexible hours. Fun conversations with clients. No real requirements other than native English

While they follow the law there is zero extra given to you. No room for advancement beyond very low level manager. Pay raises are minimal and limited to two raises per career. Employee turnover rate is every 3-5 months.
