      Pros

      You can always go to the competition after working here. That’s really the only positive thing about being here.

      Cons

      Don’t complain or they will fire you. Just saw a long term employee do it and they got fired. The new corporate view on everything is awful and if you speak against them you will be terminated. There are a lot of useless employees there that get protected and they fire the good ones. They fired my boss for no reason and he was the best I’ve ever worked for. Currently looking for a new position because of this and I know many others are doing the same. Don’t trust any of them especially if their last name is Larson.

      Pros

      Ive been working for TLG for several years accross the Midwest. If you're involved in servicing and leasing trucks accross the US theres no better place to be. I joined from the automotive industry and never looked back. Work life balance is excellent and plenty of opportunities to develop.

      Cons

      Not to be confused with other companies called Larson Group outside the U S A as happened with one customer.
