Cons
Family run business that puts an emphasis on siding with family decisions over all else. They are nice to your face but will speak poorly of you behind your back. Lots of employees are underappreciated and unseen. Leadership will try to find something wrong with you and the way you work if they can't morph you into their definition of a perfect, compliant employee. This Leaves a lot of room for not feeling good enough and puts workers on the fast track for poor mental health. Family-like culture is overbearing and not professional. No real room for growth. Lots of empty promises. High turn over. Micromanagement. Lots of back-tracking and lack of direction.
There is no room for growth and the starting pay is very poor, almost unlivable unless you have another person helping with your bills (significant other for example). Once you learn the ropes of the company and how everything works, there's not much more to learn and challenge yourself on. You are mostly stuck in that one position and day to day job.
