      Good transport links (M3 and main line train station to London) Interesting and advanced payment tehnology will look good on your CV Green field site right next to Fleet pond nature reserve

      Cons

      Slow to adopt and/or embed best practice. Legacy products, old clients and technology holding back growth. Incumbent senior management stuck in the 1980's and refuse to move with the times.
