Pros
The company took me on as a lead generator. Since that point I have been given the opportunity to go to sales. The company has shown it's true colours through my short time here and in my opinion, it has shone brightly. They are easily one of the best employers I've ever had. All team members get along whichever department they work in and the social side of the business is second to none. Management are fair, easy to talk to and there is an open door policy in place which absolutely means open door. The owners and directors of Logical are always there to help regardless.
Cons
It can be easy for some people to leave negative reviews. The job works for people who want to be here. I understand that this role is not for everyone and people who can't do it tend to take it out on the company as opposed to not applying to be here in the first place. The people in this company group together to help each other out if you find it tough, from management to your own teams. For this company, the negativity isn't justified as everyone groups together to help. So my con is that there are negative reviews.
