Upper management takes employees for granted. Most managers are clueless and hold grudges. No room for advancement. You have to break your back to get any sort of raise. Benefits are poor. No consistency on processes and rules. Things that were being done one week are being dropped the very next.

The neediness of abusive behavior of the client was accepted by MCS. They allowed the bullying behavior even after my 2 formal complaints. They worked me for 45-60+ plus hours per week with NO bonus, NO comp time, NO perks. Their operational/HR practices are based in the stone age. They practice here is "being the Help" and NOT being "a partner". The rock throwing and hand hiding is soooo the way of the culture. No training and no clear manager duties presented, nor expectations given. The mixed messages and half-truths and partial information from the leadership is astonishing. No leadership support. Don't waste your time. Worst company I ever worked with.
