Pros

NO PROS TO WORKING HERE

Cons

EVERYTHING. Management lies to you. Yes this is a scam. My campaign manager above me was there for a year and a half and natalie the owner said she wasn't close to getting executive and its supposed to take " a year to get promoted to executive" then would come to work and tell everyone they are "SO CLOSE" . This place is a joke.

Hi there, we received your review on google and the texts that you've sent to the president, but now this is becoming a form of harassment. We ask that you kindly leave us alone, as you left your internship after only a few hours and didn't even complete one day of training. The constant defamation, harassing our team, and spending time to blast our company on platforms and through text is concerning. We have reported this review to Glassdoor and we truly hope you find a place that suits you best.

Pros

Definitely the managment training program. It challenges you everyday to learn new aspects of marketing, and teaches you new skills sets that you will use for the rest of your life personal and professional.

Cons

No paid time off in entertainment level.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're so happy you found that there is an opportunity for growth, education and you enjoyed our environment. We do have a three-round interview process, one that includes observing our sales events at our retailers, we apologize if that was not clear. Additionally, entry-level is sales and we make sure to cover that in the interview process, and that is not something we shy away from. We have brought up the advice section to our staff and no staff member was aware of a conversation about an employee had, especially talking ill of another employee. We apologize if that is what you thought, but we can assure you that we do not discuss our coworkers or staff members in any discouraging light. Thank you for the feedback, we wish you the best of luck in your next career!
