Pros
This is a very welcoming business and there's definitely an Ozone-kind of person within the organisation - not identifit - but more driven by the same values. Owned by big publishers, it's a different type of start-up experience from what I've been involved in in the past, as the business is equally focused on future growth and delivery today. Everyone's encouraged to participate and autonomy and individual responsibility is pretty much guaranteed.
Cons
There are big goals for the organisation - not just revenue-based - and sometimes it can feel like it's an uphill battle or when things are going right a curve-ball will come out of nowhere. The need for personal accountability isn't for everyone - there's certainly a need to 'own your stuff' and deliver against your KPIs. Sometimes the exhilaration of the pace can feel overwhelming
