      Pros

      nice people and teams autonomous work ethic

      Cons

      benefits are awful, pay a small bit towards a pension and thats it old school mentality not very flexible with working from home which every company offers nowadays - very much 9-5.30 with no room for flexibility no room to grow in the company base salaries are not great and commission structure is poor

      Pros

      The Panel has a fantastic training programme in place along with a very supportive team. The Panel has an extremely healthy working environment with great communication through all departments.

      Cons

      None to note as it has all been a positive learning environment from day one.
