Pros

Good salary (after negotiation), great account co-workers (at the time), awesome holiday party, always celebration for employee birthdays. Not a bad place to work for short term. Creative Director was great and best manager that worked there with most knowledge.

Cons

Upper management thrives on drama. You literally clock in and out for a salary job. Management sends passive aggressive emails about being 5 minutes late, threatening to "start calling people out" when less than 20 people work there. Employees are treated like children. No concept of how digital marketing actually works- they just pretend to know what they are doing. Huge turn around- I think 6 people quit around the time I did. They print out "job jackets" instead of using modern technology or using CRM.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were adequate. Experience with many different facets of design and delivery to multiple clients. Some decent co-workers. Note 4/5 other reviews were all March 2014.

Cons

High turnover. Manipulative management plays games to pit employees against each other (good cop, bad cop and other classics). Employees must sign in and out like punching a time clock (12 people total shouldn't be that hard to trust and require monitoring). Lunch may only be taken between 12-1, if you're not too swamped with work that was promised on unrealistic timelines. Work late repeatedly but expect to be docked 15 minutes of PTO time if you need to leave early one day a year for a Dr.'s appointment. No respect for creative. Expect to work through weekends, even holidays. Oh, and bring your own K-cups.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were competitive with the industry. There was a candy dish. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons

You were basically treated like a child and had to sign in and out. There was no level of trust and you would be docked PTO by the minute if you had to leave early one day after working well above 40 hours that week, which contributed to the revolving door of staff. The management is very manipulative and unprofessional, not to mention, they didn't really know what they they were doing.
