Pros
I know it’s cliche but there are a great group of people and I enjoyed the banter. Good range of salary sacrifice benefits. Working for the group having involvement with the different companies ensured variety.
Cons
On reflection nothing bad enough to mention. I didn’t leave because of the company I left for career progression
