Great Small venue backed by the city. Very willing to help out community events. Very elegant facility and had great potential.

Poorly Managed. There was a terrible potential employee pool. No time for training. It has been run too poorly for too long and had too negative of a reputation to fix.
Some people that work there are decent
Sometimes there'd be extra food that you can eat

Arguing everyday over the process of BEOs
Your job description will change daily and they won't tell you about it
All the managers are very secretive about everything that goes on
Communication between departments is a nightmare
Terrible and expensive benefits package
