Dysfunctional.

Pros

Value proposition is interesting, and can lead to a long term partnership with the right client. At an operational level, there's some great people.

Cons

Who's running the show? Europe or the US? The attrition rate is eye-watering, and experienced hires just don't last.

Horrible workplace and very poor leadership

Pros

Central office location, though not covering all the relevant international cities

Cons

One of the lousiest organizations you can find around, lacking the fundamental values of a good corporate entity: honesty, respect, reliability, team spirit. The leadership is anything but efficient, trustworthy or honestly oriented towards team management and motivation, from the very top to the local offices. There is a company-wide sense of frustration across employees, considering the overall quality of internal communications and collaborations, plus the evident lack of resources, causing the squeezing of brains and bodies.

The chaos continue

Pros

Interesting fields. The academic foundations of the company are pretty solid

Cons

Absolute chaos. Lack of structure. Clueless management. Careless HR department. Poor technology and product. The new Product and Tech teams have been filled with a bunch of bullies who can’t collaborate with the rest of the business. You can’t make progress when you shield an entire department from the consequences of their actions. There are just too many people in these departments who have been protected by the leadership team, yet they contribute nothing to the bottom line.

The RepTrak Company Response

Wow, sounds like you had a tough RepTrak experience and I'm sorry to hear that. Obviously not the experience we hope to create for anyone. We have a lean team of about 200 as you mention and everyone is working really hard to get done what we need to. We are not a consulting company, nor are we a SaaS product - we are proud to offer a product with a strong services side working side by side our technology platform to operate as a tech supported service company. Our secret sauce is that we have the best of both - great tech giving data at our clients fingertips, and a great advisory team helping to tell the story. Everyone is working really hard to deliver on individual and company goals daily, and no one is getting a pass - I can assure you! Hope to stay in touch so you can see some of the changes and improvements we are making regularly -
