      Managers are bullies, the fish has rotten from the head, decent money if you have thick skin and a thick skull.

      Pros

      The company is constantly scrambling in everything they do. They want you to think they're scrambling because they're busy and passionate but it's really because they're disorganized and disinterested. If you can put up with workplace politics, an authoritarian atmosphere, and daily changes to your job duties you will find success in the form of more work heaped on you for the same pay.

      Cons

      These people are smiling bullies and nearly all of their cultural problems stem from people in positions of responsibility at the organization, so you'd need to abandon all hope of anything bein better in the future.

      Hybrid schedule and great parties.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment and leadership; Lack of skills. All the real work is completed by staff who is constantly asked to do more. HR is just as messy as the employees, sharing everyone's business with there friends. Any new managers are ran out of the company.
