Everything. The office and office workers know nothing about trucks, truckers and/or truck driving. A TON of liars and alcoholics working at the main Kirkland office. No one knows the DOT laws/regulations; constantly forcing drivers to drive before their 10 hour reset and with no rest and to go over drive time.
