      Pros

      Management was always available to assist with problems. Co- workers were friendly.

      Cons

      1. Merchandise was always delayed making customers upset. 2. Quality was not always the best leading to warranty claims sooner rather than later. 3. Cons #1 and #2 often led to angry calls from customers which were stressful.
