I currently have a great experience working at The Social Spectrum. One of the standout features for me has been the excellent work-life balance they promote, which has allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. The Social Spectrum does a great job with asking their employees if they want more hours throughout the week if they wanted to take on addition to their caseload. The Social Spectrum offers competitive pay that truly reflects both my education and experience, which has been immensely rewarding. I highly recommend The Social Spectrum to anyone seeking a fulfilling career with a supportive work environment, abundant growth opportunities, and fair compensation.

The kids are the only good part of working here
Cons
Most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Management is horrible, they gaslight you nonstop, they play favorites, they talk bad about everyone, it feels like high school. Pay is also horrible and way below industry standards.
