Nice atmosphere but unorganised and unappreciative of their frontline staff

Good atmosphere, fairly simple job.
Cons
Wont pay holiday pay, management are mostly inexperienced when it comes to dealing with tribunals and issues, problems tend to be left until unavoidable. Expect far too much from staff being paid minimum wage.

Pros
Great place to get started in the entertainment industry. This internship provides hands on experience and amazing opportunities that you can't find anywhere else
Cons
The location (Weehawken) is a bit hectic to get to with all of the traffic. The internship is also not paid, but does provide a small travel compensation
