Pros
I've only worked at VF for just shy of 6 months now but can wholeheartedly say that I love my job. The team here is great to work with and while most of us do work remotely you can always drop someone a message to query things with, with a 'no question is a dumb question' policy. Onboarding with VF was an absolute breeze, the person I was liaising with (you know who you are!) was an absolute legend, communication was on point, documents were sent promptly, and delivery of the materials I needed to do my job happened without issue I've been presented with a number of upskilling opportunities during this short time, from qualifying in AWS to even venturing off into my own interests with help and support from members of the team. I intend to spend many years here and really become a part of the furniture!
