Pros

They have a few nice people in the organization but not many.

Cons

This organization is different. You will NOT see any diversity in this company. They do not care about employees. I have never seen a media company that you don’t meet with the Publisher/manager once a week for a 1:1 meeting to discuss your pipeline. They will hire you and fire you all within a few weeks. Only take this job if it’s your last resort!!

Pros

Flexible schedule and nice working equipment.

Cons

Incredibly disorganized and understaffed because they fire everyone. Untrustworthy publishers and management. They screw customers and sales reps out of money and pocket the remainder. They will fire anyone with zero remorse and total lack of empathy or explanation for firing. Everything is very last minute and they expect perfection. Overall, very crooked and deceitful location.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt negatively during your time here. At our company, we aim to foster a workplace built on respect, transparency, and support, and it’s disappointing to learn that we did not meet that standard for you. While we recognize that some roles can be fast-paced and demanding, especially in a client-facing environment, we are continually working to improve communication, strengthen team structure, and provide better resources so employees feel supported rather than overwhelmed. We also take concerns regarding integrity and fairness very seriously, both in how we serve our customers and support our employees. Your comments have been shared with leadership, and we are committed to reviewing where we can do better. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and genuinely wish you the best in your career moving forward.

Change can be a tough experience for some. The reality is that almost every workplace at some point or another will experience some degree of change. How we all as employees adapt, find meaning and connection in new situations can speak to our own resiliency as a workforce. It's genuinely disappointing to see that someone had this personal experience working here for 3-4 years. For someone out there reading this now, ask yourself how can a company like this can win multiple awards for their culture, for their growth and for their success? And more importantly, why do the majority of employees here stay with our company for many, many years? It's not by chance. Most employees across the country love working here and they won't hesitate to say so when asked. I encourage this anonymous poster to contact me directly at HQ so that we can continue to make this an exceptional place to be.
