Small enough company where everyone knows one another

Cons

Many people have left and continue to leave due to horrible atmosphere.. everyone is miserable...there is no appreciation for hard working employees.. STAY AWAY

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you felt the organization does not value employees. While there were a couple years over the past few years that the company was not in the position to give across the board raises, we tried to compensate employees by increasing the 401k match to 8%, reducing the 401k vesting to 2 years as well as keeping employee contributions flat for the medical benefits despite a large increase to our medical expenses.
