TSI is an amazing company as the owner and leadership strive to incorporate innovation and new technology to the business process. In addition, the owner is very proactive and very receptive to positive change if it will benefit the efficiency of the company.

Pros

The healthcare staffing industry is competitive, but Therapy Source stands out in the way that it cares for its employees in so many ways. It’s small enough that you get to know the owner and everyone you work with, directly or indirectly. And everyone is great! Flexible work schedule, great PTO plan, awesome benefits and a nice work/life balance. They also take employees opinions into account during company meetings. Lots of fun activities always going on!

Cons

The finance department, but lately that has been looking up! They are always working to get better as a company.
