      Pros

      Where to start! From the interview process, to onboarding, to my first 3 months and now approaching 6 months in the business, it's been amazing. I think it's rare to find a business with so many awesome people and so little ego across the board and I've been feeling very lucky to be a part of it all! Excited to see what's on the horizon.

      Pros

      1. Leading a new category, product is powerful and compelling, there's lots of genuine excitement on the heights they can reach. 2. Remote friendly culture with a healthy mix of in person activity, the leadership has been thoughtful in this regard. 3. The people, it's hands down the most friendliest company I've worked at.

      Cons

      NONE from me! I want to address what the other poster mentioned about lack of diversity. I acknowledge what they are saying is correct, the company tends to be less diverse at the moment (the entire GTM team in the States is white) but it's not by design or deliberation, the leadership team is the most welcoming and inclusive from my experience, there are people from other backgrounds that work there and I'm positive it will grow as the company grows. I'm not dismissing the other posters opinion, just providing additional context.

      Nice people, too unstable leadership and product

      Pros

      Culture is great, there's good humans in key positions of leadership. Salary decent for market. Good perks.

      Cons

      Really low quality of standards in terms of work. Speed is better than decent functional software, tons of regressions, performance issues, and low recognition for people trying to improve things.
