Work at Home Flexible hours within reason Annual leave holidays Maternity and Paternity Leave Online team events to foster community spirit among team High emphasis on career learning and development Structured objectives and goals

Cons

High-paced environment can be hard to handle (however management are understanding of circumstances and when you need a break) Depending where you are based - can be isolating only working at home but team events and 'fun meetings' can really help
