Well it's a good place to work with competitive pay range.
Cons
As the company is transitioning don't expect facilities like the bigger MNC's however basics like insurance,Team outings is covered.working close to co-founders is a big plus .

I am very happy to be a part of the company.Thigularity is the best company I've worked at. I am clear on the goals of the company and for my team. I'm confident about reaching out to my manager for support when I need to.Freedom to make my own decisions and not feel pressured to conform. Sociable colleagues Doing tasks that have meaning for me Constructive feedback Smiling co-workers Having a mentor A good training program Open-minded people around and many more to say positive about the company What more one needed and It is the most meaningful work I have ever done.
Cons
To provide with holiday trip with family whenever Target is achieved. Show the pathway on how to go out India on an international job trip
