Pros

Absolutely none, can’t find one pro to write

Cons

I couldn’t even give this place a star! It’s a toxic, grotesque environment! It’s not a company it’s a dictatorship. If you are reading the reviews below do not trust nor believe them, apart from the one that states it’s a fear led environment, that’s the only true one stated! People are institutionalised and CEO’s think they are Rupert Murdoch of contract publishing. Please do take this review seriously and do NOT work for this company.

Pros

It does produce some well-designed and interesting titles. The company manages to turn a profit through print, which isn't easy.

Cons

There are several people there who have been there too long. It's very cliquey as a consequence and a bit of a 'lads' club'. It seems as if the middle managers are thoroughly pleased with themselves, while oblivious to the fact that everyone around them is miserable. The CEO is unpredictable and varies his mood daily. He lacks people skills and appears greedy. Although he doesn't get involved much in the day-to-day, when he does, he normally offends people. As the saying goes, a fish rots from its head down .
