Pros

Great autonomy, strong engineering teams wanting to get stuff done. High personal reach (6% of UK adults have the app) and growth opportunities. Great benefits. Very stable company financially.

Cons

In product the IC career development pathway is there but not yet that well-trodden beyond senior level. It's clearer for SPMs on the manager track, though.
