I have been working at ThirtyThree full-time

    Pros

    - ThirtyThree has a really nice work culture that brings talented people together to perform at their very best. - The clients and projects you get to work on are great to have on your CV. - Lots of lovely people to work with and the agency (in London) is just the right size that you'll soon get to know everyone. - Wednesday running club, lunchtime yoga, shiatsu massages, free fruit, Friday quiz and drinks, charity bake-offs... there's plenty to get involved with! - The agency normally closes early ahead of Christmas so you get bonus holidays + you have the option to buy more annual leave (up to 5 days) - It's a great location with 2 nearby parks and food markets (Exmouth Market / Leather Lane) so it's especially nice in the summer time

    Cons

None - although it can get very busy during grad season

I worked at ThirtyThree full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

ThirtyThree has a great culture which is very much a result of the amazingly talented people they've hired to both lead the business and run the day to day. From Research to Creative, Social to Account Management you'll find smart, energetic and talented people in every field, which means that regardless of who you are or which role you're in - if you've got a great idea and the drive to make it happen, it often does.

    Cons

The fast pace and dynamic focus can at times make people feel like they are being left out or left behind, even if that's the last thing anyone wants.

    I worked at ThirtyThree full-time

    Pros

The people you work with at team level are great. Lots of hard work, but good fun and an inclusive and supportive team atmosphere. Quality client list.

    Cons

Lots of staff turnover. Internal systems and processes frustrating.
