Great company with fantastic management, but tough customers

Pros

My regional managers were fantastic. Worked with some really good general managers. Thorntons just all around was a great company. Their system was very high tech in comparison to other gas stations.

Cons

Mainly for the area the guests were not pleasant. It made it harder to keep a fully reliable team because the customers were mean.

Surprisingly one of my favorite jobs I've worked at there were downsides but I had a good time while there Pay was good especially working nights Easy job

Cons

Management is a little bit in shambles sometimes but not everywhere. Sometimes too many tasks for staff at hand Can be unsafe at times
