I loved working at Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone from the back office, to the sales floor, to service, were a pleasure to work with. They have one of the most generous commission plans.
Location is good and depending on your job, you get to interact with lots of different people.
Cons
Management is the biggest problem! Employees come and go almost as much as the customers. Lots of things going on that no one wants to say for fear of losing their job. Lack of respect and work ethic from a majority of the people there. I heard "I hate this place!" on a daily basis from both the managers and the other employees.
