      -Leadership is actively trying to foster a more supportive and people-first culture -Strong sense of community among employees -Opportunities to grow with the company -Exciting and fast-paced industry

      Pros

      At first there was flexible PTO, lots of nice people to work with, and management took advice from its employees.

      Cons

      New management staff members got rid of flexible PTO policy and is not afraid to remind everyone they are replaceable. No longer able to communicate with upper management on possible solutions for issues that arise. No longer a friendly work environment. Scolded for not taking calls while on vacation.

      None. Nice planes, nice office.

      Cons

      These people are untrustworthy, and lie to you. They lied to you as to why they didn’t select you and say that they have other candidates they are interested in, and then Post the same ads for the same jobs. Run by a bunch of 30 something millennials that never had to work a hard day in their lives.
