Pros

We are leading the industry in our field and have been taking it to next levels incorporating all elements of sponsorship, events, invitations, and client entertainment into a one-stop platform for our clients. It's fun to lead the industry and develop vs being reactive to what is to come.

Cons

Expectations are high but are transparent. Sometimes that is hard to handle for those that are not used to the autonomy and need to be hand-held through tasks and responsibilities.
