Pros

Flexible Timings Latest technologies Management is good. Worked under Tejal Gandhi, if you get any opportunity under him just grab it. I worked under his leadership for almost 2 years. Work from home

Cons

Nothing as such. Increments could have been better, they are in the range of 3-6 %

Great holiday allowance but pay and bonuses lacking

Pros

Two weeks off at Christmas plus 25 days holiday. Very good holiday allowance

Cons

Depends what you are used to but pay is poor, bonuses not paid out and pension is low
